Cahoots is a 3 day ecuemnical Festival (May 29 - June 1st) that will bring together people united by their faith and their love for justice. The workshops will take place in Silver Lake Mennonite Camp, Sauble Beach, ON. The Festival will host a series of workshops on social justice, Do-It -Yourself skills, and art and music events.
SCM was awarded a grant from the Inspirit Foundation to start an interfaith intentional community in Toronto in 2014. The project will replicate a successful interfaith community started by members of SCM in Ottawa called Faith House Ottawa.
We are accepting applications for SCM Exposure Trip to Puerto La Libertad, El Salvador. Deadline January 27, 2014. The trip will take place for ten days in July 2014 (July 11 – July 21). This exposure trip is in partnership with the Mesoamerica Peace Centre in El Salvador.

We need court support for Audrey Tobias, 89 year old peace activist and SCM member, who will be standing trial on October 3rd at 10 am at Old City Hall for refusing to fill out the census. The trials will be in ROOM #123.
